Above hotel rates are nett in US Dollars (USD), inclusive of taxes and service charges unless specified in the REMARKS.
Booking must be made minimum 02 working days before arrival date (excluding Saturday & Sunday, Eve & Public Holiday).
All bookings make for the above tour have to be paid in advance before arrival. MARIMARI HOTEL NETWORK will charge your credit card in Ringgit Malaysia currency. We will apply exchange rate as announced by the Bank of Malaysia in conversion of the quoted US Dollar amount into Ringgit Malaysia currency.

Prepayment can be made by credit card (VISA and Mastercard) or by telegraphic transfer.
Upon confirmation of booking, a tour voucher and a payment receipt showing booking details will be emailed (via attachment) or faxed to guest (upon request) for easy reference.
If notification of cancellation is received after payment is done, the following cancellation fee will apply : 30-16 Days before tour departure = 30% ; 15-08 Days before tour departure = 50% ; 07-03 Days before tour departure = 75% ; Less than 3 Days or No Show = 100%
After commencement of tour, no refunds will be given inclusive unused portions not utilised. All cancellations must be in writing.
