Above hotel rates are quoted nett in US dollar, inclusive of taxes and service charges unless specified in the REMARKS.
Booking must be made minimum 02 working days before arrival date (excluding Saturday & Sunday, Eve & Public Holiday).
Payment to be billed in Ringgit Malaysia at prevaling conversion rate upon confirmation of booking and are accepted by credit card or cash. All bookings make for the above hotel have to be paid in advance before check in date. MARIMARI HOTEL NETWORK will charge your credit card in Ringgit Malaysia currency. We will apply exchange rate as announced by the Bank of Malaysia in conversion of the quoted US Dollar amount into Ringgit Malaysia.
Prepayment can be made by credit card (VISA and Mastercard) or by telegraphic transfer.
Maximum occupancy per room is 2 adults & 2 Children sharing bed with parents
Upon confirmation of booking, a check-in voucher and a payment receipt showing booking details will be emailed (via attachment) or faxed to guest (upon request) for easy reference.
If notification of cancellation is received before booking is confirmed, there will be no cancellation charge at all.
If notification of cancellation is received after booking is confirmed (hotel check-in voucher issued) and before the NON-CANCELLATION PERIOD, a credit card processing fee of 5% will be imposed.
If notification of cancellation is received less than 05 Working days (NON-CANCELLATION PEIORD), A credit card processing fee of 5% PLUS one room night charge will be levied. (this cancellation term is only apply during normal dates, not including Peak Season, Sat, Sun and Public Holiday. Any cancellation policies dictated by the hotel during the peak season will always supercede those stated here.
