Large tour buses can pull up to the front door and when I visited the lobby area hummed with activity.

The massive lobby roof and rattan chairs allow air to circulate and guests to relax while checking in. Balinese design and style are evident here from the materials and shape of the roof and furniture. Balinese artwork is displayed at the back end of the lobby along with carvings in the lower level next to the restaurant.
