Fourteen luxury villas designed by Bali's prominent local architect, Popo Danes, enhance the beauty off the existing site. Access is through the traditional village of Laplapan, just 3 km northeast of Ubud. Snugly fitted amongst the foliage of the existing native trees, to minimize environmental impact, each cottage offers total privacy.

Each villa features a mini bar, ceiling fan and individually controlled air-conditioning, personal IDD phone system, satellite television, CD / VCD sound-system, hair-dryer, personal safety deposit box, tropical fruit basket and welcome drink on arrival, complimentary bottled water, private lounge, plunge pool in several villas, large open-air verandah, garden and river view. All villas contain a marble bathroom with vanity units, WC and glassed showers.
