The hotel has the two largest column free ballrooms in the Northern region that are supported by an additional 23 function rooms – some of which serve as hospitality suites and break-out rooms. Combined, the ballrooms and function rooms offer a total area of 5160 square metres. Set in theatre style, the Matahari and Grand Ballrooms can cater up to 2000 and 1500 persons respectively. The Exhibition Hall that covers another 4100 square metres can place 240 booths. The convention facilities are backed with state of the art audio-visual equipment and employ the latest in business aids and communication technology.
Video conferencing facilities are available in the Executive Boardroom. Set up to comfortably seat 20 persons, the Executive Boardroom is equipped with state of the art equipment and WiFi access.

Golden Phoenix
Renowned for its dim sum lunches and Szechuan specialties, the Golden Phoenix Restaurant features a quaint Chinese theme. Low dividing walls with authentic Chinese ceramic bamboo roof tiles predominate a setting complemented by traditional furniture while pools of light-filled alcoves in the ceiling provide illumination and set the mood for the dining area.
