AMENDMENT / CANCELLATION
POLICY
A.)
Kindly be advise on any cancellation prior to check in date is subject
to the below stated terms and condition , otherwise a Non arrival or No
Show Charge of the total room nights book will be levied.
B.) Any amendment
or cancellation will be subject to the following :-

A.)Once
booking is confirmed.
A cancellation fee of 50% Charge against the full amount paid will
be imposed for cancellation made less than 3 working days notification
prior to the arrival date.
B.)Once
booking is confirmed. A cancellation fee of 30% charge against the
amount paid will be imposed for cancellation made more than 3 Working
days notification prior to the Arrival Date

An
amendment fee of 30% charge against the amount paid will be imposed
for amendment made less than 3 working days notification prior to
arrival date.
(Not including Sat, Sun , Eve & Public
Holidays.)

Peak
and Super Peak Season
|
-
There shall be no refund for any cancellation made less than 7
days notification prior to arrival date.
- A
cancellation fee of 30% against the amount paid will be imposed
for cancellation made more than 7 days notification prior to the
arrival date or check in date.

An
amendment fee of 30% charge against the amount paid will be imposed
for amendment made less than 07 working days notification prior
to arrival date.
(Not including Sat, Sun , Eve & Public
Holidays.)

NO
SHOW · No refund will be entertained.
* Any cancellation made later than the stipulated
days, no refund shall be entertained.
* * No amendment or cancellation shall be entertained for any payment
made on packages reservation.
*** A cancellation Code must be obtained for the cancellation made.
This Code must be retained to preserve your rights in the case of dispute.
Genting Group of Hotels Front Office will not allow guest to check in
should there be any amendment of names upon registration.
Request for refund for cancellation made must be in writing together with
the
Check In Voucher to the email address : reservation@marimari.com
or fax to us at ++603- 78054360 within 30 days from the date of issue.
On No Show from Guest, no refund shall be entertained.
