It features 123 units of service apartments comprising 38, one bedroom, 65 two bedrooms and 20 studio suites respectively.

The apartment suites is conceptualized as "changing worlds within our world" where a guest will experience a golden typical "peranakan" concept at the reception and lobby.

As the guest walks through, the "Asean" concept is carried through to the lift lobby and passageway and finally the guest is greeted with yet another concept - a modern and contemporary design in his/her room.
