Indoor heated swimming pool
The heated indoor swimming pool is located on the 11th floor. The pool offers swimmers a magnificent view of Hsinchu through the large French style windows while they enjoy their swim.

Business Center
The Business Center, located on the 13th floor, offers our guests business and administrative services including professional typist, translators, a comp-lete range of office and communication equipment and a 6 to 8 seat boardroom for private meetings. In addition, the Business Center provides an up-to-date collection of international magazines, newspapers and periodicals.

Shinkong Mitsukoshi Department Store
The Shinkong Mitsukoshi Department Store, which opened in December 2000, was the first department store in the Hsinchu area that is situated in an international hotel. The store is comprised of eight floors and offers the newest and most fashionable products to consumers in the Hsinchu area. Not only does the store offer an "All-In-One" shopping style, but it also has a variety of dining and hotel facilities.

Chinese Restaurant
Warm, fragrant and cultured, Chinese Restaurant is one of the most famous venues in Hsinchu. Chinese Restaurant offers traditional Chinese food and dim sum specialities. The restaurant includes a tea area, six private rooms seating 8 to 24 persons, and a small private room holding five tables that seat 10 persons each. Prego is located on the 9th flower of the Ambassador Hotel. Prego, which means please in Italian, is a restaurant that combines delicious dining and entertainment. Prego specialties include pasta and crispy pizza from our wood fired oven in addition to a delicious a' la Carte menu that offers a wide range of selections. We also offer live music during special nights of the week.

Promenade

Banquet facilities are located on the 10th and 13th floors and include a spacious, high ceiling banquet room seating up to 1,000 persons and several elegant and fully functional banquet rooms.
