Pick up at your hotel and depart by van and drive across the Chao Phraya River to Wat Don Wai, located on the banks of the Ta Chin River. Stroll through the colorful market, which is busiest during weekends, when Bangkok folk come here to buy fresh fruit, vegetables, flowers and plants. Board a converted rice barge for a cruise on the Ta Chin River and enjoy wonderful sights of Thai rural life along the river: People paddling in small boats to visit friends and neighbors; women harvesting morning glory, a vegetable often used in Thai cooking; men hunting for fish or just relaxing in their garden. Disembark at the Rose Garden Resort for a Thai buffet lunch. Afterwards you may stroll through the park with it’s display of plants and herbs or visit the Thai Village with it’s display of various handicrafts, before joining the cultural show performance of Thai Dances, sports and ceremonies. Transfer back to your hotel in Bangkok by van.
