• IN THE EVENT WHERE CUSTOMER DECIDE NOT TO JOIN ANY OR THE TOUR AS PER ITINERARY WE WILL HOLD NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR CLIENT SAFETY OR ANY INCIDENT THAT HAPPEN DURING THAT DAY.
• IN THE EVENT WHERE CUSTOMER CHOOSE NOT TO JOIN THE TOUR AS PER ITINERARY WITH SHOPPING STOP, WE WILL IMPOSE A PENALTY FEE OF USD 150/PER PERSON. PENALTY FEE WIL COLLECTED DIRECTLY BY TOUR GUIDE IN KOREA.

• Apply for a Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA)
  ( at least 24 hours before departure at www.k-eta.go-kr )
• NO More COVID-19 PCR Test with Negative Result ( Pre-Departure ) within 48 hours before departure
  ** Please take note : Pre-Departure PCR Test is subject to Airlines or Destination Country Regulation **
  ( However, travellers are advised to verify Airline policies and entry requirements before departure to avoid any unnecessary )
  
• Update Vaccination Status and Negative Test Result through Q-Code ( at cov19ent.kdca.go.kr )
  
• Purchase of COVID-19 Medical Travel Insurance is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged.
  
  
• IMPORTANT NOTE
  1. If you test positive for Covid19 at any stage you will be admitted to a facility which has been designated by the Ministry of Health of South Korea and all expenses by own accounts. You will be expected to comply with the requirements of the Ministry regardless of any existing medical needs you may have. The Embassy is unable to intervene and have requirements altered or reduced.
  2. Strongly encouraged travellers to purchase of COVID-19 Medical Insurance before departure to South Korea . If you test positive for Covid19 at any stage you will be admitted to a facility which has been designated by the Ministry of Health of South Korea and ALL MEDICAL EXPENSES BY OWN ACCOUNTS .
  3. If travellers test positive for Covid 19, Tour Fare are NON-REFUNDABLE .
