Alternative hotel of similar standard will be given if the hotel listed is not available

Tours operates on private basis with minimum 02 persons
Tours arrangements are similar for standard & deluxe pricing except for the type of hotel used
Alternative hotel of similar standard will be given if the hotel listed is not available

Terms and Conditions
RESERVATION / DEPOSIT / PAYMENT
In order do avoid disappointment, book as early as possible by sending your completed reservation/booking form and 20% deposit of the total tour cost to Marimari.com to confirm your booking. Final payment must be received 30 days before departure. For reservations made within 30 days prior to departure, full payment must be reach Marimari.com concurrently. Marimari.com will accept late bookings up until a week before departure. If desirable dates required are unavailable, your deposit will be refunded in full. We do not refund your deposit should you cancel your travel arrangements. All reservations or bookings are subject to availability. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
AMENDMENTS
Should you wish to alter your arrangements after confirmation of your reservation, you should notify us in writing and we will try our best to accommodate such request. However because of additional administrative work involved we may implement a charge of MYR 50.00 per amendment.
Note: The amendment fees are in addition to the applicable cancellation charges.
CANCELLATION FEE / REFUND
In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fee will apply.

Less than 03 Days/ No Show 100%

After commencement of tour, no refunds will be given inclusive unused portions not utilised. All cancellations must be in writing.
INSURANCE
We strongly recommend the purchase of an adequate insurance, which will cover you for the whole duration of your tour. This should include protection against cancellation and curtailments, loss or damage of baggage and personal effects, loss of cash, health and medical, accident, personal liability and other features. Kindly refer to your travel agent.
PASSPORT / VISA
A valid passport is required for entry into Malaysia and citizen of certain countries must have an entry visa. Marimari.com take no responsibility for visa issuance.
ADULTS AND CHILD SHARE BASIS
Child fares base on child (2-12 old) sharing a twin room with two adults without an extra bed. If a child occupies a single room or twin share room with an adult, the full adult fare will apply. The price of child fare is 75% of the adult price.
HOTEL AND CHARGES
All hotels used in the program are carefully selected. Changes in itinerary, hotels or service are not likely, however Marimari.com and its agent reserve the right to make such changes if necessary for the comfort or safety of the passengers or circumstances beyond our control. In some remote areas, there is no choice of hotel; therefore, the best is used.
TOUR COST
Tour cost does not include personal expenses such as beverages, meals (unless specified in our itinerary), laundry, room service, cable and telephone charges, tips, excess baggage charges, international and domestic airport taxes, passport and visa fees and all other items of a personal nature not specified in the brochures. Air travel is not included in any of the tours unless specified.
GUIDE SERVICES
An English speaking guide will be provided for group size of 8 persons and above for transfers and tours. If group size is below 8 persons an English speaking driver guide will be provided. Foreign language guides, i.e. German, French, Spanish, Italian etc. are available upon request with additional charges.

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
Marimari.com or its agents act only in the capacity of an agent for its travelers in making arrangement for transportation, accommodation and other services that are incidental to the travel that is being purchased. Marimari.com cannot be held responsible for any alterations, act or omission on the part of those supplying accommodation, transport services and any other services incidental there to. Marimari.com its parent, subsidiary or affiliate company or its agents shall not be liable or responsible for any losses, injury or damage to person or property whether due to its or their negligence or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services resulting, directly or indirectly from acts of God, weather, strikes, delays or cancellations of or changes in itinerary, or from any causes beyond the Marimari.com’s control. Marimari.com nor any parent, subsidiary or affiliate company shall not be liable or responsible for additional expense, inconvenience or liability sustained or incurred by the traveler as a result of any of the foregoing clauses.

All accommodation, coach, air travel and resorts reverse the right to alter their prices and/or services without notice. Baggage and personal effects are the passengers own risk throughout the whole tour and it is the responsibility of the passenger to effect.

GOVERNING LAW OF CONTRACT
Any contract for these tours is deemed to be made in Malaysia, shall be governed by the law in Malaysia and any disputes shall be dealt with and heard by an appropriate court in Malaysia.
