- Maximum Occupancy in a villa is 3 adults or 2 adults & 2 children below 12 years old
- Infant 4 years old and below is free of charge sharing existing bed with parents
- Child 5 - 12 years old are chargeable 50% from the package rate
- Compulsory Marine & National Park Fee: RM10.00 for Malaysian, RM50.00 for Foreign visitors
