Zhuhai Tour (New Yuanming Palace)

Package Information

This tour offers you an opportunity to discover the unique Chinese culture. After your hotel pick up, you will be transferred to Zhuhai for a Chinese lunch at a local restaurant. Your first stop will be at the Statue of Fisher Girl and Lover's Road, which is the landmark of Zhuhai and located at scenic Xianglu Bay. Move on to the Meixi Stone Archways, where only three stone archways remain, and which were built by Guangxu Emperor between 1886 and 1891. Enjoy the Face Changing Show, named as "bian lian" in Chinese and an important aspect of Chinese Sichuan opera. The performers wear coloured masks and change them again and again with their waving arms and twisting heads. Next, you will proceed to the famous attraction, New Yuanming Palace, which is the partial copy of the Old Summer Palace in Beijing. A Chinese dinner will be served before enjoying the night show "The Qing Dynasty" in New Yuanming Palace. In this park, you will understand more history of China by seeing the features of culture and art. If time permits, you may visit a handicraft shop.
