This tour is a combination of “Round Island Tour” and “Discover Langkawi”. Langkawi is a fascinating island made even more intriguing by its myths and legends. Its breathtaking scenery, rustic ambience enhanced by its marine life and spectacular limestone formation make this island an idyllic retreat. Langkawi is also listed under UNESCO on the list of Geoforest Park for the oldest rock formation and its rich biodiversity of fauna and flora.
View the tropical rainforest and beautiful waterfall on the northern part of Langkawi.

Continue your adventure by experiencing the thrill of being in the “longest free span single rope” Cable Car for a 15-minute glide through virgin rainforest and waterfall to the peak of Gunung Mat Chincang. Feel on top of the World - breathe in the cool air as your eyes sweep the dramatic “bird-eye” view of Langkawi Islands and more.

Visit the Batik Village to witness how wax and dye are used in the painting process. Then proceed to Mahsuri’s tomb, the legendary icon of Langkawi, and get to know the history behind the legend.

The beautiful Black Sand Beach will be next, where you can take some snap shots of the old fishing jetty. We will visit Eagle Square to see the magnificent eagle sculpture erected on a pedestal overlooking the sea. This huge monument is a proud landmark of Langkawi, which is named after brown eagle. Enjoy the splendid of some duty free shopping in Kuah town before returning to the hotel.

Attractions included in the tour:

ATMA ALAM, BATIK VILLAGE

Located centrally in Padang Matsirat and close to the Langkawi International Airport, Atma Alam Batik Art Village is a complex that showcases a wide array of exclusively handmade as well as block printed batik art that includes dress materials, paintings and handicraft products.

UNDERWATER WORLD LANGKAWI

Located at the southern end of Pantai Cenang, Underwater World is one of the top attractions in Langkawi. This huge white building covering some 60,000 square feet area houses more than 4,000 marine creatures that includes over 500 species of fish and many other underwater life.
It also showcases many different types of birds, animals and other inhabitants that are found in tropical rainforests, temperate and even sub-Antarctic regions. The overall objective of the Underwater World is to provide entertainment along with knowledge and education to those who are interested in marine life.

EAGLE SQUARE
Located in Kuah Town and next to the jetty, Eagle Square is the place that reflects origin of Langkawi's name. The square is marked by a massive 12-meter sculpture of a reddish brown eagle which is poised to take off. Langkawi's name has been derived from reddish brown eagle, because in old Malay language Helang means Eagle, and Kawi stands for reddish brown.
This manmade statue of the eagle placed on a huge star shaped concrete platform has been created to reflect this background of the island where an eagle is the symbol of Langkawi.

KUAH TOWN
Kuah town is the capital of Langkawi and the administrative headquarter. This is the main hub in the island for duty free shopping. The Kuah Jetty here also serves as the main ferry terminal for ferries/boats that ply between Langkawi and other nearby places. So if you are visiting Langkawi by ferry, then this is the place where you will most likely disembark.
Kuah is located at the south eastern edge of Langkawi and facing the water area. But there are no beaches here (except for one next to the CHOGM Park, not suitable for swimming though). There are several tourist attractions like the Eagle Square on the water front

GAMAT HEALING FACTORY, LANGKAWI
Gamat is a species of Sea Cucumbers which are marine creatures having leathery skin and a long body. They can be found on the sea floor almost all over the world. In Malay, these sea cucumbers are known as gamat. They were once in abundance in Langkawi's water until the islanders came to know about their medicinal healing value and started capturing them in bulk, established factories in the island and started processing them to create healing oils. They can heal both internal and external body ailments like aches, ulcers, burns and injuries.

Cable Car Combo
SkyCab
The steepest cable car ride on earth and takes visitors up 708m above sea level to Langkawi's second highest peak of Mt. Machinchang, where the view of the surrounding islands is simply breathtaking. Enjoy great views of the hillside flora, waterfalls and occasional glimpses of the wildlife and birds.

SkyRex
SkyRex provides a dynamic and totally immersive experience that takes sensory and physical simulation to a whole new level. An adrenaline inducing adventure that will excite, thrill and enthrall in equal measures.
