 Taiwan
is situated along one of the bustling air routes in Asia. Stopovers there
are easily accessible on any round-the-world or regional air tickets.
Numerous international airlines now provide routine air services to Taiwan.
However, flight reservations should always be made as early as possible
to avoid disappointments.
 Chiang
Kaishek (CKS) International Airport is the port for most international
air traffic to and from Taiwan. The airport is located in Taoyuan, about
45 minutes' drive from downtown Taipei. Taiwan is proud of its airport
as it is one of the safest and most well-designed airports in Asia, which
is fully equipped with the latest technology.
Kaohsiung, located in the
south of Taiwan, houses Taiwan's second international airport. Flights
to other Asian destinations can be connected via Kaohsiung.
